Use this method to get the order status for any of your orders.
When getting order status we ask that you do not do so excessively otherwise we may be required to throttle your requests.
| Parameters | Descriptions |
|---|---|
| api_token | Your API token |
| action | Method Name |
| order | Order ID |
Drip feed orders: use the order ID returned by add. status describes the whole order. While it is running it returns In Progress. start_counter is the value at the start of the first run, and remains is the quantity not yet delivered (runs not started plus anything still remaining in the runs already started). When the order ends it returns Completed, Partial or Cancelled, and remains is the final undelivered quantity.
Cancelling: an order in Cancelling status is not final yet. Keep checking its status until it changes to Cancelled or Partial, and refund your customer only from that final answer.
Success Response:
{
"status": "Completed",
"start_counter": "600",
"remains": "600"
}
An order can be cancelled automatically via API if the "Start Count" is still empty (it takes 10-20 minutes to be cancelled and refunded). Once the "Start Count" has been updated, the work on the order has begun, and it can no longer be cancelled automatically via API anymore.
For orders that have been started, we may still be able to cancel them manually, but you will have to request a cancellation by Opening a Ticket.
| Parameters | Descriptions |
|---|---|
| api_token | Your API token |
| action | Method Name |
| order | Order ID(s), comma separated, up to 100 IDs |
Drip feed orders: a cancel request is always accepted. If no run is active, the order is finalized immediately and the runs that never started are refunded. If a run is active, the order shows Cancelling until that run finishes, and then ends as Cancelled (nothing was delivered) or Partial. Use status to read the final remains.
Example Response:
[
{
"order": 721,
"cancel": 1,
"message": "We are now attempting to cancel your order..."
},
{
"order": 722,
"errors": ["This order cannot be cancelled because its current status is COMPLETED."]
}
