  • Panel.Socialesale.com does not guarantee a delivery time for any of our services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and Panel.Socialesale.com may not be able to cancel/refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long. If you find yourself in a situation where you want to cancel an order, you can contact us and we will cancel/refund it if possible. The decision is up to us.
  • Panel.Socialesale.com tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our customers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
  • Panel.Socialesale.com reserves the right to remove any service and change any service details without prior notice.

2. Service

  • Panel.Socialesale.com will only be used to promote your social media profiles, pages, posts and videos and help boost your "Appearance" only.
  • We DO NOT guarantee your new followers/likes will interact with you; we simply guarantee you will get the followers/likes you pay for.
  • We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded content.
  • You will not upload anything into the Panel.Socialesale.com site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the social media communities.
  • We provide a refill guarantee for most of our services. If a service description mentions a refill guarantee and you experience a drop within that period, contact us and we will refill the drop. If the refill guarantee time has expired, there will be no refund and no refill. If we fail to refill, we will refund you in site credit.
  • We can't guarantee safety for any page, profile, post or video. If your page/profile/post/video gets removed for any reason, it's not our fault. You buy at your own risk.
  • Don't buy for the same link at the same time from us and from a different place. We can't guarantee that you will get the full amount of followers or likes if you do this.
  • Orders for private accounts, dead pages and incorrect links may be cancelled and refunded to your balance. In rare cases, we may not be able to cancel or refund such orders. Please ensure your account is public and the link is correct before ordering.

3. Refund Policy

  • Any incomplete or undelivered order will be refunded to the user's balance to be used on Panel.Socialesale.com.
  • Refunds can be made to your payment method. We prefer you to use your balance on our site. If you have balance you would like refunded, contact us. We reserve the right to not refund the full amount due to bonuses or processing fees.
  • You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
  • If you file a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to terminate all current and future orders, ban you from our site, and take away any services delivered to your social media accounts.
  • Private account/post/video orders may or may not qualify for a refund. The decision is solely up to us.
  • Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to immediate termination of your account.

4. Registration

  • By registering you confirm that you are over 13 years old or free from parental care, and that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.

5. Copyright

  • You cannot copy or duplicate any text, images or software provided on Panel.Socialesale.com without written agreement.

6. Additional Disclaimers

Client use of the services delivered from Panel.Socialesale.com is client responsibility. Neither Panel.Socialesale.com nor its affiliates shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising out of client access or use of the service. Clients hereby waive any and all claims against Panel.Socialesale.com arising out of the use of the service.

7. Account Safety

By using our service you agree to not hold us responsible nor liable for any account loss (including banning) on any social network. You assume any and all risk to your social and other accounts and assume full responsibility for any loss of income or assets.
