Registering, adding funds, or placing an order on Panel.Socialesale.com automatically counts as full acceptance of the terms below, regardless of whether you've actually read them.

1. General

  • These terms can be updated at any time without prior notice. It's your responsibility to review them regularly so you're aware of any changes before placing an order.
  • Use of the Panel.Socialesale.com website must comply with the rules and terms of service set by Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and any other relevant social platform.
  • Prices on Panel.Socialesale.com can change without warning. Our payment and refund policies remain in force regardless of any pricing adjustments.
  • We don't guarantee a fixed delivery time for any service. Any timeframe given is an estimate only, and we may be unable to cancel or refund an order simply because it's taking longer than expected. If you'd like to request a cancellation, reach out to us and we'll evaluate whether it's possible. The final call is ours.
  • We aim to deliver what customers expect from each order. To make that happen, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable service type if needed to complete your order.
  • We may remove or modify any service, along with its details, at any time without advance notice.

Liability: Panel.Socialesale.com holds no liability whatsoever for account suspensions, bans, or content removal carried out by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or any other platform.

2. Service

  • Our services are intended solely to promote your social media profiles, pages, posts, and videos by boosting their visible metrics.
  • We do not promise that new followers or likes will engage with your content; our guarantee covers only the quantity purchased.
  • We cannot guarantee that every account interacting with your content will have a profile picture, complete bio, or posted content.
  • Uploading nudity or any content unsuitable for social media platforms through Panel.Socialesale.com is not permitted.
  • Most services include a refill guarantee. If your service description mentions this and you see a drop within the stated window, contact us and we'll refill it. Once that window closes, no further refill or refund applies. If we're unable to refill, you'll be credited to your site balance instead.
  • We cannot guarantee the safety of any page, profile, post, or video you use our services on. Removal of your content for any reason is not our responsibility. You proceed at your own risk.
  • Avoid ordering the same service for the same link simultaneously through us and another provider. Doing so may prevent you from receiving the full amount you paid for.
  • Orders placed for private accounts, inactive pages, or invalid links may be cancelled with a refund credited to your balance, though in some cases this may not be possible. Please confirm your account is public and your link is accurate before ordering.

3. Refund Policy

  • Orders that are incomplete or undelivered are refunded to your Panel.Socialesale.com balance.
  • While refunds to your original payment method are possible, we encourage keeping the balance on our platform for future use. Contact us if you'd like an existing balance refunded; note that bonuses or processing fees may mean the full amount isn't returned.
  • By completing a payment, you agree not to initiate a dispute or chargeback against us under any circumstances.
  • Filing a dispute or chargeback gives us the right to cancel all your current and future orders, suspend your account, and revoke any services already delivered to your social accounts.
  • Refund eligibility for orders on private accounts, posts, or videos is determined entirely at our discretion.
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account termination.

4. Registration

  • By registering, you confirm you're either over 13 years of age or otherwise permitted to use this service without parental oversight, and that you accept these Terms & Conditions.

5. Copyright

  • No text, images, or software from Panel.Socialesale.com may be copied or reproduced without our written consent. The one exception is the site template: purchasing it gives you the license described on the Template (Get Your Own Panel) page, which acts as our written consent for the template alone.

6. Additional Disclaimers

You're solely responsible for how you use services delivered through Panel.Socialesale.com. Neither Panel.Socialesale.com nor any affiliated party can be held liable for loss, damage, or harm resulting from your access to or use of our services. By using our services, you waive any claims against Panel.Socialesale.com related to that use.

7. Account Safety

Using our services means accepting that we bear no responsibility or liability for any account loss, including bans, on any social platform. You take on full risk for your accounts, including any account you use to promote Panel.Socialesale.com through the affiliate program or Share & Earn, and full responsibility for any resulting loss of income or assets.  

8. Affiliate Program, Share & Earn and VIP

  • Affiliate program: You can earn a commission on orders placed by people who sign up through your referral link. A commission is only generated when the referred user's order is completed or partially completed, and it may sit on hold for a number of days before you can withdraw it. How long depends on the payment method the referred user paid with.
  • Should the order or payment behind a commission be refunded, cancelled, or disputed, that commission may be reversed or removed. The current commission rates, hold days, minimum payouts, and withdrawal fees are listed on the Affiliate page and may be changed by us at any time, with changes applying to future commissions and withdrawals.
  • Referring yourself, registering fake or duplicate accounts, spamming, and promoting us in a misleading way are all prohibited. If we find abuse, we may cancel or withhold commissions, block your withdrawals, and remove you from the program. Wherever you post your referral link, you must also respect that website or platform's rules.
  • Share & Earn: We add a reward to your balance only once we have checked and approved your submission, and we decide whether it qualifies. Unless we agree otherwise, each reward can be claimed one time per user. Your submission must meet the task's stated requirements and stay online for as long as the task asks.
  • Registering new accounts in order to claim the same reward again is not accepted, and may lead to a rejected claim, removal of your balance, and suspension of your account. We may reject any submission that falls short of the requirements.
  • VIP: Your VIP status is determined by your total spending on completed and partially completed orders, and it unlocks automatically when you pass the threshold shown on the VIP page. Money you deposit, or receive as a bonus, counts only after it has been spent on orders.
  • We can change the VIP threshold and its benefits whenever we wish, and nobody is grandfathered in. A higher threshold may take VIP status away from some users, while a lower one may extend it to more.

9. Site Template

  • The site template is a digital product, delivered to you in full the moment you buy it. Because it can't be given back, we don't offer refunds on it.
  • If you hit a genuine bug, meaning something that is actually broken, get in touch and we'll fix it, whether or not you bought support. A feature or change you'd like to see in the template doesn't count as a bug.

  • By paying for the template, you agree not to start a dispute or chargeback. If you do, we reserve the right to revoke your license and support, cancel any orders you have placed with us, and suspend your account.
